Nelson M. Nones CPIM
Chairman and President
Mr. Nones has 34 years of international business experience in the technology, industrial, and finance sectors. Prior to founding Geoprise, he was the Asia Pacific Vice President for Apriso Corporation. Previously, he was Apriso’s Chief Products Officer where he was the principal functional architect of FlexNet, the world’s first native Web services application for manufacturing and logistics execution. Earlier, he was a Vice President of Information Business Systems (IBS) in the United Kingdom and Managing Director of IBS Asia-Pacific in Malaysia. Mr. Nones also held executive positions at SSA Global Technologies (SSA) where he directed the global launch of BPCS version 4.0, SSA’s most reliable and widely accepted release ever. Mr. Nones holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Urban Studies and has completed course work towards a Master of Arts Degree in Economics and Geography at the University of Minnesota in the USA. He is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS – The Association for Operations Management.
Randy L. Spiess

Mr. Spiess has over 25 years of experience in consulting operations management, service delivery and business development. He has a track record of outstanding results providing strategic and tactical evaluation, planning, development, and implementation of mission critical client IT/IS systems and projects designed to maximize the business impact of IT investment. Previously, he was Vice President of Expert Teams for BT Syntegra USA, a subsidiary of British Telecommunications PLC. Earlier, he was Practice Director, Business Development Manager, Operations Manager and Senior Partner at Computer Sciences Corporation, Consulting Group. Mr. Spiess holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Business and Public Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems, University of Texas at Dallas, USA.
Major Charles J. Kathrein CPA

Major Kathrein has more than 25 years of experience working in Asia and more than 39 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. He is a retired United States Marine Corps Mustang Major, a Vietnam War veteran, a former college professor, and a former IT consultant. He has held senior executive positions with SSA Global Technologies (SSA) and McDonnell-Douglas Information Systems (MDIS) in the Asia Pacific Region. Major Kathrein is also a guest lecturer for the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore, and he is a frequent presenter at Asia Business Forum conferences. Major Kathrein holds a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Roosevelt University, and a Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the University of Illinois. Major Kathrein is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in the USA, and a member of the Project Management Institute.
