Uses Advanced VPD Technology
Our VPD Service delivers all GeoBooks On Demand ERP capabilities from a Geoprise data center. We use advanced Virtual Private Database (VPD) technology to maintain secure separation of our customers' data. VPD technology originated with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements for separation of data by sensitivity level (SECRET, CONFIDENTIAL, UNCLASSIFIED) and implements security that is transparent yet cannot be subverted. Even though, in reality, our customers share the same resources, each of them appears to run their own database and is never aware that other customers are using the same system.

Getting started with GeoBooks On Demand VPD Service is as simple as turning on your PC. There are no up-front licensing costs and there's no ERP software to install. The entire system runs on virtually any browser, including Linux®-based open-source browsers like Mozilla Firefox™ that are freely available to everyone.
And, because Geoprise provides software maintenance and a fully-managed data center with your subscription - at no additional cost above our monthly subscription fee - you can virtually eliminate other IT expenses for running your ERP system.
